So did you hear about the Listerine foot bath soak hype? We did too (and tested it) Shhh! Keep it to yourself!
When I was in India about 2 weeks ago, my aunt kept complaining about her feet looking like what you’re seeing on the before photo above.
I must say, it was pretty bad. At first, I thought she just had some dirt and dust on her feet, but it turns out her feet were just like that even after she takes a bath.
My feet also have some really bad dead skin build up lately, because of all the night shifts I used to do but compared to my poor aunt’s, mine aren’t that bad.
So yeah, she kept on bugging me about how she can’t even wear nice sandals or put her feet up on the sofa because of the way her feet looks.
She asked me to help her and I looked up some proven to work remedies to get rid of the years old stubborn dead skin on her feet.
I knew she had to do some really deep exfoliation, but I also knew she needed something a little more different, which eventually lead me to bumping into some before/after photos of Listerine foot bath soak for dry feet.
I was like..ermm I get the warm water and vinegar part, but what the heck is Listerine? Lmao I had a goldfish moment and completely forgot that it’s just common mouthwash used in most households.
Anyways when I saw those before and after photos, I showed it to my aunt and she sent out her son to go buy a bottle of Listerine right away. Can you see how desperate she was to get rid of that stubborn dry skin on her feet?
You only need 3 simple ingredients for this Listerine foot bath soak. It was super easy to prepare and we had quite a bit of fun testing it out.
I was like “err don’t blame me if this doesn’t turn out the way it’s claiming to”. But when it did, I took all the credit of course (*cheesy grin*)

Wow..just look at this:
And this is her feet immediately after the Listerine foot bath soak:
The only ingredients you will need for Listerine foot bath soak are:
- ¼ cup of Listerine mouthwash
- ¼ cup of vinegar
- ½ cup warm water (hot water, but not boiling obviously)
- A bath bowl or something large enough to place both feet comfortably.
What next?
Mix in all the stuff in the bowl and place your feet in it for about 15-20 minutes.
20 minutes later, gently scrub off all the dead skin on your feet with a pumice stone scrub like this one (it’s made out of natural earth lava) or any scrub will do.
Wash your feet and TADAH! Come on, you should definitely see a big difference, like seriously, I’m so surprised it worked for my aunt’s feet.
What to do after Listerine foot bath?
I asked her to repeat it twice or 3 times a month. I have also asked her to rub Vaseline/lemon juice on both feet and put socks on before going to bed for at least 10 continuous days.
Can you imagine what her feet will be like if she does follow my advice religiously?
Read about how I went from my barely there Casper eyebrows to full thick eyebrows naturally.
Baking my face in baking soda and coconut oil was also a fantastic experience!
Anyways are you or have you tried the Listerine foot bath soak? How has it worked out for you?
What’s up, yup this article is really pleasant and I have learned lot of things from it
